Your privacy is important to Williamstown Youth Center (WYC). To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Personally Identifiable Information: The only personally identifiable information WYC collects is information you provide to WYC when you “fill out” one of the forms on the Site. You may use these forms to make contributions to WYC or to sign up for our e-Newsletter. The types of personal information WYC collects vary by form and may include your name, post office address, e-mail address, phone number, credit/debit card information and answers to survey questions.
How We Use Information
WYC uses the anonymous information it collects to gauge Site traffic, determine its most popular pages, and evaluate Site. WYC does not share, distribute or sell e-mail addresses or other personally identifiable information. You can opt out of WYC e-mail communications at any time. Each e-mail WYC sends will indicate how to unsubscribe from the list via e-mail or via a Web page.
Third-Party Access to Personally Identifiable Information
WYC provides personally identifiable information to its Site service providers: 1ShoppingCart and Authorize.net on a strictly confidential basis to enable the platforms to maintain a payment database, send e-mail messages and provide other Web site-related services for WYC.
Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, WYC has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We store your personally identifiable information on secure servers. Our third-party vendors accept credit card donations only via a secure server.

WYC’s Site does not read, place or accept cookies.

Should our practices change, this notice will be immediately updated. Regardless of later updates, we will never use the information you submit under this current notice in a new way (in a way not described in this notice) without first providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prevent that use.
