Whereas:
Williamstown Youth Center is seeking to raise capital from donations by individuals, families, and organizations for the express purpose of constructing a new facility on the property of the Williamstown Elementary School;
Williamstown Youth Center did not previously have the ability to accept online donations via credit cards.
Be it resolved that:
Berkshire Direct, Inc. has been authorized by the Williamstown Youth Center to construct this website for the primary purpose of explaining the capital campaign to potential donors, capturing email addresses for future electronic correspondence about campaign events and status updates, tracking the ongoing campaign results, and facilitating online donations via credit card transactions.
Berkshire Direct has selected several online service providers to assist in this process, including www.1shoppingcart.com (for their secure online shopping cart software), Authorize.net (for their credit card payment gateway services), and Moneris Solutions, Inc. (for their merchant account processing services).
All data, text, photos, videos, and other information presented via this website is the property of Williamstown Youth Center or its affiliates/partners and shall not be reproduced or reused without the express written consent of Williamstown Youth Center.
